Instructions
  1. Select the portion of polenta that you want to regenerate.
  2. Remove the polenta crust with a knife...
  3. ...and then cut the remaining part into small cubes. *** Do not discard the crust! By cutting it into strips and cooking it in a ventilated oven at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes, you can make some nice polenta bites! ***
  4. Place the cubes in a large pot (off heat) and separately bring a bit of water to a boil.
  5. Add a drop of boiling water and turn on the fire.
  6. Using the whisk mix vigorously for a few minutes, adjusting with boiling water according to the desired consistency.
  7. Once heated and thickened to your liking, serve.
