Description

A Special Pale Ale with a light golden colour and slightly cloudy, with well-balanced tones and a hint of honey. Best tasted when quite cold and in a broad glass; an excellent choice as an aperitif or with fish dishes, vegetables, cheese and ‘pizza bianca’ (plain pizza base without any topping).

Brewed with De Tacchi barley malt and our own corn (20%). Produced adopting a high-fermentation method with conditioning in the bottle, the beers attain a 5.8% alcohol content.
